yeah, or percent t, for a random time, in a random country. percent d, for a random date. would go well with our random month

How about %t, for a random time since the beginning of the Unix epoch, which began in the year 1970? Use an epoch timestamp by using something like math.random() and then turn that into a time represented as a string.
